Wally leads the business development and go-to-market work for SWFT Health clients. Drawing on almost four decades of executive leadership across health plans, provider organizations, healthcare startups, and employer solutions, Wally helps organizations accelerate growth, forge strategic partnerships, and successfully bring innovative healthcare models to market.

Wally has founded, led, and advised organizations across nearly every segment of the healthcare industry. He previously co-founded SimplePay Health (now Coupe Health), an innovative health plan platform that reimagined how consumers engage with benefits and care. Earlier in his career, he served as President of Great-West Healthcare, CEO of ACAP Health, and held executive financial leadership roles within one of the nation's premier academic health systems.
Wally combines deep industry relationships with extensive operational and commercial experience to help clients develop winning go-to-market strategies, expand market access, build high-impact partnerships, and accelerate adoption of innovative healthcare solutions that improve affordability, access, and the consumer experience.

Scott Schoenvogel
Scott leads the strategy and execution work for SWFT Health clients. Based on more than three decades of leadership, financial, and operational healthcare experience, Scott helps employers, health plans, providers, and healthcare innovators develop and implement strategies that improve outcomes while reducing the total cost of care.

As a serial entrepreneur and healthcare executive, Scott has founded, built, and led multiple successful healthcare organizations. He previously founded SimplePay Health (now Coupe Health), which was acquired by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, and served as CEO/Co-Founder of Compass Professional Health Services, growing the company to more than 2,200 employer clients and over 2 million covered members nationwide. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership positions at Baylor Health Care System and Stockamp & Associates, leading large-scale financial and operational transformation initiatives.
